It depends. Many cases can be resolved without a lawyer. However, if a lawyer is needed we have the experience and tenacity to help our clients resolve their legal problems.
Cases generally start with evaluation of the strength and weaknesses of each case. From there the case may be resolved by agreement or by litigation depending on the circumstances of each case.
Any documentation you believe may be helpful for us to evaluate the matter. More is better and we can sort through what may or may not be relevant.
